1. General

Nova Fencing Official Website is operated by Nova Fencing, a fencing training and sports service company providing coaching, training programs, trial lessons, workshops, events, and related services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, parents, guardians, visitors, and users of our website and services.

2. Eligibility

Participants under 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before joining any activity, class, or program.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration, contact, and emergency information.

3. Registration & Payments

All bookings and registrations are subject to availability.
Payment must be completed before participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Trial lessons, packages, memberships, promotions, and private coaching sessions are non-transferable unless approved by the company.
Nova Fencing reserves the right to adjust pricing, schedules, programs, coaches, and services without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Missed sessions are non-refundable.
Makeup sessions may be arranged depending on availability and approval.
Memberships and prepaid packages are generally non-refundable once activated.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Safety & Participant Conduct

All participants must:

Follow safety rules and coach instructions at all times.
Use equipment responsibly.
Respect coaches, staff, and other participants.
Avoid dangerous, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Nova Fencing reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant whose behavior is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Health Declaration

Participants confirm they are physically fit to participate in fencing and related physical activities.

Any injury, medical condition, allergy, or physical limitation must be disclosed before participation.

The company reserves the right to refuse participation where safety concerns exist.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Fencing and sports training involve inherent physical risks, including accidental injury.

By participating in any activity organized by Nova Fencing, participants and guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company, its coaches, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages arising from participation in activities or use of facilities and equipment.

8. Equipment & Property

Participants are responsible for maintaining personal equipment in safe condition.
Company-owned equipment must be used responsibly.
Any intentional or negligent damage to company property may result in repair or replacement charges.

9. Photography & Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, competitions, events, and activities for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By participating, participants and guardians consent to the use of such media by Nova Fencing unless written notice is submitted in advance requesting otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, training materials, and media are owned by Nova Fencing unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems.
Upload harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.
Copy or misuse website materials without permission.

The company reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations of these Terms.
